This Black Gold Golf Club Wedding in Yorba Linda was a beautiful location for a morning celebration. Did I just say morning wedding? Yes, I absolutely did.
It was dazzling and sunny at 10 am when this lovely couple got married under the Black Gold’s flower covered arbor. Sparkling green lawn stretched out on all sides of their ceremony. Turquoise bridesmaid dresses flowed like waves and perfectly complimented a theme of seashells and goddess braids updo. It was a beautiful day in Orange County.
Of course, with a morning wedding comes a brunch reception! Who doesn’t want to splurge and eat wedding cake at noon? You know, I sure do.
Enjoy a look at this elegant morning affair!
The groom and his two daughters!
I’m in love with these sand-colored shoes. Plus, how fun is that jeweled note on the bottom of the shoes?
The groom looked dashing with his white on white shirt and tie. He also sported a starfish boutonniere that was the perfect blend of whimsical and elegant.
OMG this bouquet! How gorgeous is the layering of white orchids on top of blue hydrangeas? The starfish accents also tie in the beach theme perfectly.
The couple enjoyed a “First Touch” before the ceremony. Then, the groom still waited to see the bride for the first time when she walked down the aisle. This was a nice quiet moment between the two before the festivities.
The wedding was beach themed, with starfish hanging in nets along the aisle, blue wave-like ribbons dancing in the wind, and seashell escort cards. At right, a bridesmaid carries the lasso for the ceremony.
I love how the groom presented the bride after they were announced as Man and Wife.
A kiss on the hand and polka dots on her veil. This bride is rockin’ it!
Time for couple portraits! Off exploring we go.
The moments when a bride and groom crack up is always my favorite. It shows how happy they are together.
This beach-themed wedding cake is absolutely darling. I can’t get enough of those popsicle-stick Adirondack chairs. Look close: there’s even a top hat and bridal bouquet on the swing!
Who’s the next dashing gent to get married?
For the gift table, this couple created a mini beach-themed terrarium centerpiece. How fun is that? Of course, Russell had to use it to show off the rings.
You can’t get married on a golf course without a “Just Married” send-off on a golf cart.
Congratulations Janet and Noel!
