Purple looks great for a black tie celebration! This dazzling wedding reception was bathed in purple light, creating a royal tone for the whole event.

Sometimes we forget that light can be a great way to add color to a room! Purple is the main color hue, but delicious touches of warm accent light make the room pop: crystal chandeliers, illuminated monograms, and tea lights add that warmth.

Delicate purple-and-white orchids were tied in the bride’s hair and draped from centerpieces. Meanwhile, scrumptious vanilla and chocolate tones were added with dessert! Who can resist chocolate mousse and cupcakes with butter cream frosting?
